Perimenopause and menopause are the topics for a free talk by menopause expert Vanessa Walker at Long Lane Library in Halesowen, Dudley, on Thursday 28 May from 6-7.30pm.

ABPI qualified and trained on the Newson Health Confidence in the Menopause course, Vanessa combines up-to-date knowledge with a practical, relatable approach.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming Vanessa to Long Lane for a talk that will resonate with many women,” said Cara Lane, Long Lane’s Service Development Librarian.

“She helps women understand what’s happening in their body, explains the symptoms that are often experienced and can provide guidance on available options – including HRT.

“We expect the talk to be well attended so prior booking is essential.”
