Children aged 7-11 are invited to Cradley Library in Halesowen this Saturday morning (21 February) to start a junior police community support officer (PCSO) course.
Over six weeks and under the expert guidance of PCSO Mich Hall, those attending will be taught how to keep themselves and other people safe on the roads around them, how to stay safe on the internet, and how to care for members of our community and basic first aid.
“You can sign up on the day, but places are limited,” said GLL Partnership Manager Stephanie Rhoden.
“It’s a great opportunity for children to learn essential skills that will help keep them and their community safe.”
Operating under the Better brand, GLL is the not-for-profit social enterprise that runs Cradley Library on behalf of the council.
