An opportunity has come up to run the café at Liskeard Leisure Centre.
GLL, the social enterprise that runs the centre on behalf of Cornwall Council, would like to hear from anyone interested in operating the facility on a third-party rental agreement basis.
A tender process has been prepared and leisure centre manager Brett Price is encouraging existing or would-be caterers to get in touch.
“We had to close the coffee shop when pandemic restrictions were in place, but people like to have refreshments available and we’re keen to make that happen,” he said.
“It’s lovely to see so many of our members back and being able to have a drink or something to eat after exercising is all part of the leisure centre experience.”
The deadline for applications is Monday 2 May.
