Super saver trampoline sessions, soft play and daily family fun swims are some of the many activities available at Better leisure centres in Cornwall this half term.

Kids can swim for £1 at designated times and toddler splash, intensive swimming lessons, aqua play and aqua splash (using inflatables) are all on swimming pool programmes.

Energetic youngsters will also be kept amused with junior gym, junior fitness, badminton and pickleball.

GLL is the not-for-profit social enterprise that runs nine leisure centres on behalf of Cornwall Council. Located in Bude, Saltash, Liskeard, Bodmin, St Austell, Newquay, Truro, Helston and St Ives, they each have their own timetable.

“Every parent and carer knows how challenging it can be to keep children well entertained during school holidays,” said Karen Edmond, Community Sport Manager.

“That’s why our teams work hard to ensure there is plenty going on at our leisure centres. Each has a swimming pool, gym and fitness studios, Newquay Leisure World has a Trampoline Park, Bodmin has tennis and squash courts, and Liskeard has an astro pitch. We also have soft play at Liskeard, Newquay and St Austell.”
