A free children’s show that has attracted five-star reviews is coming to Halesowen Library in Dudley on Saturday 8 February.
Hailed as a ‘lovely show which parents will enjoy as much as little ones’, The Snowflake tells the tale of a snowflake, a little girl and her Pappie – all longing for their own special place in the world.
Each of the two performances being held in the library will be preceded by a workshop that introduces children to puppetry and gives them the opportunity to create their own snowflakes.
Operating under the Better brand, GLL runs Halesowen Library on behalf of Dudley Council.
“The Snowflake is a wonderful interactive show, and we’re delighted to be hosting it,” said Library Manager Sandra Francis.
“Entry is free, and booking is essential.”
Presented by Birmingham Rep, Polka Theatre and Little Angel Theatre, the performances will take place in Halesowen Children’s Library at 11am and 1.30pm on 8 February. Each will be preceded by workshops at 1015am and 1245pm.
To book, please call Halesowen Library on 01384 812980.
