Sue Curry, Liz Wilson and Edward Verrier have been announced as BID Camborne’s first loyalty card winners.

Sue has chosen to spend her £100 worth of vouchers in Chapel Street Boutique and JoJangles, Liz is spending £75 in vouchers at Delight2Bite, Cards for All Occasions and the Nail Fairy and Edward will be spending his £50 at Racky’s shoe shop.

The lucky winners were drawn from all those who had completed their loyalty cards with ten stamps from participating Camborne businesses during the previous month. Multiple entries are allowed.

“We’re really pleased with how popular the scheme is proving,” said BID manager Anna Pascoe.

“Shoppers can get one stamp on their card per day from an individual business, with a minimum £2 spend required. Completed cards are entered into a draw and prizes of £100, £75 and £50 are awarded on a monthly basis.

“We’ve introduced the loyalty card as a way of showcasing our wonderful businesses, many of which are independent and unique.

“Camborne is renowned for having a close, friendly community that warmly welcomes visitors. There’s a real buzz on our high street and it’s lovely to see more and more people making the most of all our historic town has to offer.”

Completed cards can be handed in at Tyacks Hotel reception, Up Memory Lane Interiors, Delight 2 Bite, Tesco customer services or directly into the BID Camborne mailbox at 11, Camborne Business Centre, College Street.
