The four-star Royal Duchy Hotel in Falmouth, part of the Brend Hotel collection which is currently the AA’s Hotel Group of the Year, is launching a new Cornish Experience package.
Available to all guests booking a minimum three night stay direct with the Royal Duchy, the offer includes a Cornish gift box on arrival, a Cornish pasty lunch and free tickets to either Camel Valley Vineyard near Bodmin, famous for its award-winning wines, Trebah Garden near Mawnan Smith, described as a sub-tropical paradise in a glorious coastal setting or a boat trip to the Helford River, the setting for Daphne du Maurier’s well-known novel Frenchman’s Creek.
“With the second series of Poldark due to hit our screens soon, there is enormous interest in Cornwall and its beautiful sea and landscapes,” said Director Peter Brend. “Guests won’t be paying anything extra for the experience – we want to make sure they make the most of their stay with us so it’s our gift to them.”
The Cornish Experience package will be available all year round. Three night stays in the seaward facing Royal Duchy Hotel cost from £102 per person per night from May to September and from £69 per person per night from October to April.
